Founder’s Introduction
InnerLight Dream Foundation Inc. was founded by Natoya Rose Marie Bell‑Claudio, a passionate advocate for education, youth empowerment, and community upliftment. Born and raised in St. Mary, Jamaica, Natoya understands firsthand the challenges many young students face — especially those who work hard but lack the resources needed to thrive academically. Her journey, her values, and her commitment to service are the driving force behind the foundation’s mission.
Founder’s Story
Growing up in St. Mary, Natoya witnessed the brilliance, resilience, and potential of children in her community — but she also saw how limited resources could dim their opportunities. Many students in grades 1 through 6 at the primary school level showed exceptional promise yet struggled with access to school supplies, books, uniforms, and technology. Others excelled academically but received little recognition for their achievements.
These experiences shaped her belief that every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and capable of greatness. Inspired by this vision, Natoya created InnerLight Dream Foundation Inc. to honor top‑performing students, uplift those in need, and provide essential tools that help young learners shine.
Founder’s Mission
Natoya’s mission is simple yet powerful: To light the path for young learners by recognizing excellence and removing barriers to education.
Through her leadership, the foundation provides:
Achievement awards for outstanding students
School supplies, books, and uniforms for children in need
Laptops and technology tools to bridge the digital divide
Encouragement, mentorship, and community support
Her work reflects a deep commitment to giving back, honoring her roots, and creating opportunities for the next generation.
Founder’s Message
“I believe every child carries a spark of greatness. When we recognize their achievements and support their needs, we help that spark grow into confidence, purpose, and possibility. My hope is that InnerLight Dream Foundation Inc. becomes a beacon of hope for children in St. Mary and beyond.”
